PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Welcome to Vette City Blazers Track & Field. By accessing our website, registering an athlete, or purchasing any membership, program, or merchandise, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All registrations are subject to availability and completion of required forms.
Athletes may not participate in any practice or competition until:
• Registration is complete
• Payment terms are accepted
• Required waivers are signed
Vette City Blazers reserves the right to deny or revoke participation for failure to comply with team policies
PAYMENT TERMS & NO REFUND POLICY
Competition Memberships
• 50% due at registration
• Remaining balance auto-drafted biweekly
• Full balance must be paid before final meet participation
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension from practices or meets.
All membership fees, competition fees, and uniform purchases are non-refundable once the season begins.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Missed practices
• Missed meets
• Schedule conflicts
• Injuries (unless season-ending and approved in writing)
• Voluntary withdrawal
Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at the discretion of Vette City Blazers leadership.
Uniform Purchases & Meet Participation
Uniform packages and gear purchases are final sale.
Custom items (including name personalization) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Athletes are responsible for proper care of issued gear.
Meet entries are determined by coaching staff based on:
• Readiness
• Event training progression
• Safety considerations
• Team relay needs
Participation in the National Track pathway requires performance readiness and coach approval.
Athlete Conduct & Parent Expectations
All athletes are expected to demonstrate:
• Respect for coaches
• Respect for teammates
• Respect for officials and competitors
• Positive sportsmanship
Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.
Parents agree to:
• Support coaching decisions
• Avoid sideline coaching during meets
• Maintain respectful communication
• Ensure athlete arrives prepared and on time
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from events or the program.
Assumption of Risk & Media Release
Track & Field is a physically demanding sport. By registering, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Muscle strain
• Falls
• Collisions
• Equipment-related injury
Participation is voluntary and at the athlete’s own risk.
A signed waiver is required prior to participation.
By participating, you grant Vette City Blazers permission to use photographs, videos, and performance results for:
• Website
• Social media
• Promotional materials
Parents may request removal in writing.
Website Use & Modification
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, uniforms, and branding, is property of Vette City Blazers.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Vette City Blazers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page.
Continued participation constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
