Refund Policy

1. Membership Fees
All seasonal membership fees are non-refundable once the season has officially begun.
This includes:
• Fall Training
• Winter Session
• Spring Session
• Summer National Session

2. Competition Fees
Competition registrations and meet fees are non-refundable once entered into a meet.
If an athlete is unable to attend due to illness or injury, meet fees already paid to governing bodies cannot be refunded.

3. Practice-Only Membership
Monthly practice memberships require a 14-day written notice for cancellation.

No partial refunds will be issued for missed practices.

4. Uniform & Gear Purchases
All uniform packages, personalized items, and team gear are final sale.
Custom items (including names) cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to season-ending injury or extraordinary hardship may be reviewed at the discretion of Vette City Blazers leadership. Approval is not guaranteed.
